If you are looking for a fun, inclusive, supportive way to work on your fitness, our group exercise classes are just what you need! A variety of offerings, there is sure to be one to meet your needs! All fitness levels are welcome- no exercise experience required! Currently we have two boot camp classes- Boot Camp Nights on Monday evenings and Morning Boot Camp on Wednesday mornings. Both are geared towards all fitness levels and include a wide variety of body weight, dumbbell, resistance bands, and cardio exercises. More classes will be available in the future, including HITT classes (High Intensity Interval Training) and core classes to focus exclusively on your abs, lower back, and glutes!
