Boot camp continues this summer! Cardio, resistance training, and flexibility using little to no equipment! All fitness levels are welcome!
Online OR in person if you are fully vaccinated! Tuesday mornings or Thursday evenings! $15/session!
Note: There is no class on Thursday, 7/8!
