Kids Speed and Agility Class
Improve your child’s fitness level or help them improve some sport-specific skills! Using exercises and drills specifically designed and safe for children, each session will focus on power, speed, strength, and agility! Children of all ages are welcome and while current sport participation is not required, a basic level of fitness is recommended. $15 per session or $80 for the entire program!
