Beth Goals for Week of 10/10/19

  • Log all food and drink from Thursday 10/10/19 to Thursday 10/17/19
    • Think about eating the sweets before you do so- do you REALLY want them or is it out of habit?
    • Be mindful during traveling- what is the best choice you can make at the restaurant you are eating at?
  • Maintain 3x/week of running
  • Add in one day a week of exercise video
  • I can talk between 2 and 5 pm.  Does that time frame work?
