Work it Out: September Workout

Each month, as an Amex Health plan member, you will receive either an exercise video to watch and use on your own or an example exercise workout.  If you need help with any of them, please send us a note!  Looking for a certain workout or want to target a specific area?  Let us know!

Exercises:

  • Wall sit with dumbbell twist
  • Plank with alternating leg raises
  • V-sit with alternating dumbbell jabs
  • Side hip raises (R)
  • Side hip raises (L)
  • One-legged bridge (R)
  • One-legged bridge (L)
  • Push-up plank with alternating arm raises
  • Alternating side mountain climbers
  • Dumbbell chest press with bridge hold
  • Wall sit with dumbbell front raises

Complete each exercise for 1 minute.  Repeat the entire workout 2-3 times.
