Work it Out: November Workout

Each month, as an Amex Health plan member, you will receive either an exercise video to watch and use on your own or an example exercise workout.  If you need help with any of them, please send us a note!  Looking for a certain workout or want to target a specific area?  Let us know!


  • Sumo Squats
  • Inchworm Walk-outs with Push-ups
    • Alternative: Push-ups on wall
  • Crunches
  • Jump Lunges
    • Alternative: Reverse Lunges
  • Up/Down Planks (can be done on wall)
  • Reverse Crunches
  • Skaters
  • Butt-ups
  • V-ups
    • Alternative: Toe Touches
  • Jump Squats
    • Alternative: Regular Squats
  • Burpees
    • Alternative: Walk-out Burpees
  • Bicycle Crunches
  • Right Leg Bridge
  • Left Leg Bridge
  • Plank Jacks
    • Alternative: Jumping Jacks
  • Spidermans

Perform each exercise for 1 minute.  Repeat the circuit 2-3 times.
