What’s for Dinner: September Meal Ideas and Recipes

Each month, as an Amex Health plan member, you will have access to some healthy recipes and meal ideas for your use.  I hope you can find them helpful!  Looking for a recipe or meal idea around something specific?  Let me know!

This week’s theme is minimal ingredients.  All recipes have 5 or fewer ingredients while still being nutritious for you!

  • Soy-Honey Glazed Salmon: Technically this recipe has six, but one of them is the side- asparagus!  Add some brown rice or couscous and you have yourself a complete meal!
  • 3-Ingredient Chili: In a pinch for dinner?  This recipe is a lifesaver!  Only three ingredients and can be put in the crockpot to simmer while you are away!
  • Roasted Chicken: Along with some roasted potatoes and broccoli, this is a super nutritious and tasty meal!
  • Teriyaki Meat and Ramen: Ramen isn’t just for college students!  This super inexpensive food can be paired with any type of meat for an easy, delicious meal that is sure to be a family favorite!
