What was your goal when you came to Amex Health?

My goal was to tone up and to learn how to get the most out of my workouts without them having to take a ton of time.

What was your light bulb moment that pushed you to make a change? 

I didn’t exactly have a light bulb moment, but I just started making small changes.  I began with my eating habits and lost a few pounds earlier in the year and was ready to take it to the next level.

What keeps you motivated to be healthy?

The fact that I feel so much better!  And I am looking better in my clothes and am now getting to buy smaller sizes!  Seeing the results is so motivating!

What is the biggest struggle: food, exercise, temptation?

Making time for exercise is a struggle, but Lamia has taught me how to work out efficiently and to maximize results in only half hour increments.

What is the best part of the progress you’ve made?

The results I’m seeing.  I’m building muscle, feeling better and stronger, and am pushing myself and doing exercises I never thought I could do.  I am even enjoying it all!  Honestly, working with Lamia has changed my life. I am so grateful for everything I have learned from her.
