Using exercises and drills specifically designed and safe for children, this class is divided into two separate trainings; Day one concentrates on improving the foot work, quick movement, and agility needed for all sports. Day two focuses on increasing the strength necessary for kicking a ball, swinging a bat, or throwing a pass! Children ages 8 and up are welcome and while current sport participation is not required, a basic level of fitness is recommended. Spaces are limited so sign up soon!
