If your child would like to improve his/her fitness level or stay in shape for a sport, this is the class for them! Using exercises and drills specifically designed and safe for children, each week we will work on power, speed, strength, and so much more! Each class will have exercises that center around improving a certain skill set or muscle group. Children ages 8-12 are welcome and while current sport participation is not required, a basic level of fitness is recommended. $15 per day.
