Lisa Goals Week of 11/18/19

Goals for this week include:

  • Walk at least 2x between now and next week for at least 15 minutes.  Try to do 1 resistance workout this week.
  • Try to keep eating out to 2x this week.  If it’s more, be mindful of your choices.
  • Let’s also focus on fruits this week; can you get 3-4 fruits a day?
  • New workout is attached!
