Lyndsay Goals for week of 10/3/19

  • Continue logging food
    • Watch your sugar intake especially over the next week and a half
  • With the cooler weather, dedicate at least 2x a week for 20 minutes to walking
  • Do at least one day of a workout video and two days of the DR exercises
  • Let’s reconnect on 10/15 at 1:00 pm in person to measure and check-in
