So if you go to Mission BBQ you are eating ~650 calories, 47 g of fat, and ~1600 mg of sodium.
If you go to Wendy’s by getting your Baconator and medium fries, you are eating ~1100 calories, 61 g of fat, and ~1900 mg of sodium.
If you go with the double cheeseburger and fries, that is ~1200 calories, 69 g of fat, and ~2000 mg of sodium.
To put it into perspective, your daily caloric intake should be around 2,000-2,200 calories, 65-70 grams of fat, and no more than 1500 mg of sodium. So with any of these meals, you are having more than your full intake of sodium and for some it is equal to your full day’s worth of fat.
My recommendation? If you got to Wendy’s get the Jr. cheeseburger and small fries. Still a lot of sodium, but we are cutting the fat grams by half and the calories by half. For Mission, while the beans are lower in calories, they have A LOT of sodium. Try the cornbread, coleslaw, or side salad. That keeps the calories about the same, but decreases the sodium by a ton.
I hope this helps!
